Choon-Hee Jang (South Korea)
Choon-Hee Jang received both her BM and MM from Hanyang University.
She received her DM in composition from Indiana University, USA.
She won the Orchestra Division award at the 31st Seoul Music Festival and was one of the finalists at the Second Seoul International Competition for Composers.
Her works have been performed at events including the Midwest Composers Symposium, the Threshold 2005 festival in the USA, the Korean Music Expo., Veritas Musicae, and the 30th Anniversary of the Korean Society of Women Composers-International Contemporary Music Festival.
She is currently teaching at Hanyang University, Konkuk University, Kukmin University, and Kyungpook National University in Korea.
